BOSS: Jim a.k.a. Loophole. Founder and owner
of Sitnk-Eye BBQ sauce and owner of the smoker makes him a natural
choice for the leader of this team. The combination of a hard
nosed business man, seasoned back yard cook with the wacky attitude
of “Relapse” the clown, while somewhat troubling,
makes him the only choice for Pit Boss of this crew, besides,
he owns the smoker.
ASSISTANT COOK: Bob a.k.a. Fred.
Chicken man and dessert. Fred has lots of ideas, most too
expensive and usually preceded with “what is the worst
that can happen”, and “nothing can go wrong with
this plan”. Fred quote: “I have two years of eligibility
left for college football. At least I have that much going
for me.” Fred is the only Grandfather on team.
SOUS CHEF: Mike a.k.a. FTC.
Just a pup, albeit a very tall pup in the world of barbequing.
Comments after young lady tasted his first solo venture into
barbequing: “that is the worst thing I have ever had
in my mouth”. He promises some minor tweaks to his recipe.
We keep him around because he is tall and handy to reach things
up in trees. Ask FTC about his signing bonus, and how he mentored
Nolan Ryan while pitching in the Astro’s farm league.
